A wine tasting at a wine estate appeals to all the senses. It is often all conviviality at the wine estate and plenty of enjoyment. Enjoying the rich wine history of the family estate, the history of the building, the grounds, the guided tour with a walk through the vineyards, exploring the surroundings, investigating the subsoil, the evolution of production techniques, the different grape varieties that were planted, the difference from drinking wines to gastronomic gems that get better every year, the tasty snacks that are served, up to tasting the wines themselves, which sometimes culminates in a fun party.

The highlight that everyone always looks forward to is, of course, the tasting itself, where each time it is a discovery of new words used to describe the wine and its flavours. With thick layers of paint of different colours, I depict the sensations your senses experience while smelling, tasting and looking at the wine. Just as all your senses are connected and interact with each other, so do the different parts of each painting communicate, the colours behave like radio waves and graphs, explaining and translating all aspects, feelings, emotions between the senses....

This is the sensation of tasting wine in three parts: nose, colour, taste discoveries; exchanged and discussed at length between like-minded souls.
